Dr.Preethika Kunal, a renowned Ophthalmic Surgeon is originally from Chennai.She aced her Under-graduation degree( M.B.B.S) with flying colours from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai and came to Madurai for her Post-graduation(M.S Ophthalmology) at Aravind Eye Hospital,Madurai. She was a University topper and was awarded the prestigious Dr.Govindappa Venkatasamy’s (Founder- Aravind Eye Hospital) Gold Medal in the year 2012 for her academic excellence.
